CrossFit was developed over several decades by Coach Greg Glassman. CrossFit's goal is to completely optimize fitness using high intensity constantly varied functional movements. But CrossFit is more than that. It is also the community of people that come together to do these workouts. CrossFit is suitable for anyone at any fitness level. Our specialized trainers will craft a workout regimen that is specific to your particular fitness abilities and level.

Private Training

Our coaches offer private training sessions in addition to our group training classes. This allows us to setup a specific exercise and nutrition program properly suited just for you.


Nutrition is just as important as exercise. At Mark's CrossFit Gym we will teach you proper nutrition to reach your fitness goals. You will receive nutrition coaching as well as fitness coaching as often as needed. We will teach you how to eat real food that encourages weight loss, muscle building, and general healthy to fight disease.
